Mental health is quickly becoming a priority for employers making sure that they look after their greatest assets...the people! As a part of your wellbeing offering this half-day course is great for all members of your team to help raise awareness of their own mental health as well as those around them.
Ideal for personal development or as a part of induction training for new staff. The aim is to deliver some basic awareness of how mental health can affect us all and what you can do to minimise any negative impact.
