Our Mental wellbeing is (rightly) a hot topic at the moment. We often don't need or want lots of theory about it, but some practical, easily implementable ideas to support our wellbeing.
Oodles Training has lead a team of Psychologists and Mental Health experts to develop this one day course. It is a practical, easily accessible course that focusses on giving participants some 'quick win' strategies to support their Mental Wellbeing. Alongside the strategies, we explore the science behind them, and why they really work
