Whether you're a coach, an aspiring coach, an athlete, or a parent dedicated to supporting sporting opportunities, understanding how to respond to emergencies is crucial. Our first aid courses are specifically designed for the sports industry, focusing on the types of incidents you're most likely to encounter on the field, court, or track. Learn essential, life-saving skills to protect the athletes and participants you support.
Who Is This Designed For?

Athletes
No one wants to consider sports injuries, but being prepared is vital. Knowing how to react immediately is crucial, yet equally important is understanding proper post-injury recovery to prevent worsening the condition. Beyond the athletic field, these injury management skills are invaluable life skills, equipping you to handle unexpected situations with confidence

Coaches / Aspiring Coaches
Every sports coach needs a first aid qualification. When you're looking after athletes, knowing what to do in an emergency is paramount. Our specialised sports first aid courses for coaches teach you to identify injuries, understand their implications, and promote effective recovery.
Many of our first aid courses are approved by national governing bodies like UK Athletics and England Lacrosse, providing industry-recognised certification. Equip yourself with the essential skills to protect your athletes and enhance your coaching career.

Our Sporty Parents
To all the dedicated sports parents – we salute you! For enduring chilly sidelines, for unwavering cheers, and for countless miles driven to training and matches. While we all hope to never use first aid skills, we can't assume injuries won't affect our children or those around them.
Our specialized courses empower you with the knowledge to act confidently. Beyond immediate response, you'll gain a deeper understanding of sports injuries, enabling you to provide crucial support during both the initial incident and the vital recovery phases at home. Equip yourself with these essential life-saving skills for every game and everyday life.
