THE BEST TRAINING I HAVE HAD. As a Deputy Headteacher I have attended lots of training and seen lots of teaching over the years. Oodles Training (Tom) have absolutely nailed how to help people learn. The entire learning experience with Oodles is second to none. The resources are high quality and Tom’s style of delivery made the learning experience incredible. His knowledge and application of our learning into real life examples made the sessions engaging, inspiring and enjoyable. The trainer Tim delivered an excellent First Aid at Work course that was engaging, clear, and highly informative. He explained complex topics in a simple, easy-to-understand way and ensured everyone felt comfortable asking questions throughout the sessions. The practical demonstrations were particularly valuable, with plenty of hands-on opportunities to practise key skills such as CPR, use of a defibrillator, and casualty assessment. He also gave constructive feedback and made sure each participant felt confident performing the techniques correctly. Their real-world examples helped bring the material to life and highlighted how the skills learned could be applied in workplace situations. The course was well-structured, kept to time, and maintained a positive, supportive atmosphere throughout. Overall, this was a very effective and enjoyable training session, and I would highly recommend this trainer to anyone looking to complete a First Aid at Work qualification. Thoroughly worth it, loved it!
