Our most in-depth mental health awareness course, this two-day course is designed for those who lead on mental health and wellbeing in their workplace.  As well as looking at how to recognise issues and where to signpost people for more support this course looks at some common mental health illnesses and how we can manage them in the workplace.  We also look at the Management Standards, Wellness Action Plans and the legislation surrounding mental health at work. There are two other mental health awareness courses available - a Level 1 course suitable for all staff and new recruits or a one day Level 2 course for managers, team leaders and senior staff.
