This short introductory course gives participants some basic knowledge of the different types of fire extinguisher as well as how and when to use them safely. If taken face-to-face this course will also include use of real extinguishers (minus the fire!) to help build confidence and knowledge.

This half day course looks at how to avoid fires and what to do if the worst should happen. It is ideal for all staff and can also be delivered to students. We can also add a short practical session to give the attendees an opportunity to use a real fire extinguisher.

Our Fire Safety Principles Level 2 course meets the requirements for those taking on the Fire Marshal or Fire Warden role. This course looks at the role of the Fire Marshal / Warden, how to ensure a fire safe working environment, how to avoid fires and what to do if the worst should happen. We can also add a short practical session to give the attendees an opportunity to use a real fire extinguisher.
