Who Is This Designed For?

Lacrosse Players (male and female)
We never like to think about getting injured but if it happens to you or a team mate it's good to know what to do, it's also really important that we don't make things worse post injury in the recovery phase. Aside from all that it's just a really useful life skill to add to your pack!

Coaches / Aspiring Coaches
We think that all Coaches should have a first aid qualification, after all, if you're looking after a group of athletes you should know what to do if the worst should happen. It's also about understanding what certain injuries or conditions might mean for an individual and how we can still support them in training. England Lacrosse requires a first-aid certificate for their coaching qualifications and this is their recognised first aid course so what could be better?!

Our Sporty Parents
We salute you! For standing on the sidelines in the rain, for cheering on the players when you're cold and for clocking up the miles driving to training camps and fixtures. We all hope that first aid is a skill we'll never have to use, but we can't always assume it won't happen to us or our children. Understanding more about injuries not only helps you to support immediately after the event but also during the recovery phases at home.
